    Abstract
Wells that once supplied water to a homestead are a safety hazard to humans and a threat to the safety of our water supply. Forgotten or neglected, these wells can carry fertilizers directly into our groundwater. Authors describe the process for owners to find and properly seal or plug abandoned wells. 8 pages.
