Grant to survey Manuscript and Photograph collection for preservation needs and to create preservation photocopies for the McWhorter collection and contact prints for the Henderson and Hutchison collections.

Abstract

We propose to conduct a prioritized preservation survey of processed manuscript and visual collections in WSU MASC, and to create preservation photocopies from the Lucullus V. McWhorter collection and preservation contact prints from celluloid and glass negatives in the Ralph Hutchison and Otto Hogue Henderson photograph collections.
